Have found when entering, the staff are friendly and helpful, and will go through medication with you to make sure you understand when taking them. It's always a pleasure to visit.

This was my preferred chemist in the past, due to the old staff. Since they have put in the “prescription robot”, my medicine prices more than doubled - and the good staff / pharmacists are no longer there. Its worse than disappointing when the bentley park chemist ~2km away can provide the same brand medicines at less than half the price.

Being very ill, & caring for ill & disabled family, I am reliant upon this pharmacies professionalism & medication managment as part of our healthcare. I can overlook my scripts being lost, delayed, not available; these things can happen. The way we are looked after, the customer service,are all indeed excellent & worthy of a 5 star reveiw. There is a BUT sadly. And her name is Rikki. I'm a happy & friendly, understanding fellow who bravely hides being sick & dying. BUT Rikki never fails to dissappoint with her terminally rude, unhelpful & extraordinarily unfriendliness. That is one constant that seriously needs addressing. Atrocious customer service. Always left feeling unwelcome & irrelevant. For a pharmacy that has 'run my meds out to the car for me while still in my dressing gown',( God love em') this almost hostile woman blights your good work. ..
