Very rude Lady at the front counter. Item price on the shelf was cheaper than scanning, after I pointed this out and showed her the ticket on the shelf she said it is a different product. Acting very put out and like she would have to pay the difference. Training in customer service is highly recommended. Edit after response: I can assure you I'm fully capable of reading the discrimination on the ticket, in fact, the first assistant who served me agreed that it was the correct label with the wrong price. It wasn't until we arrived back at the check out that the other lady started to butt in and made it her mission to be right no matter what.

Came to the chemist today. I was served by an older lady at the front counter, this is not the first time I have had the pleasure of encountering her rude customer service. She was happy to give pleasentries to customers before me, but when it came to myself no such thing. Even after greeting her.

Just a shout out to all the workers, they always make me feel welcome and nothing is ever too much trouble… even when it is busy. THANKS!

Doctor puts me on a permanent medication but refuses to tell me of the awful side affects. But he insisted on explaining how my previous doctor's medication isn't appropriate for me even though it was working very well(no complaints about any side affects). This new doctor knows me from only one consultation but puts me on a drug that is just wrong......he argues with me when I said that I had problems when having a drug like this before and lied to me about their won't be any concern with it. He wouldn't tell me about ejaculatory disorder, diarrhea, nausea, constipation , decreased libido, and many more unpleasant side affects......I would have thought it would be important to share this information, but he had no interest. It's ridiculous that a doctor would have so little concern about the my well being. Had no respect for my previous history with my previous doctors. No respect of what I shared with him. He didn't care about the consequences of his actions. Just gave me a lecture and a prescription for this awful drug. Every doctor that I have dealt with before my experience at "Alive", have been very supportive of my well being. I love all my doctors. This doctor took my money and gave me this awful drug with no consideration of the obvious serious side effects, he's lies and said there isn't concern of the side efffects. I told this new doctor of the issues I had with a previous medication, he didn't even check which one I had before. This "new" medication" was indeed the same bad drug that I had been on earlier. It was weird how forceful he was that i should take this drug, Why did he hide the side effects from me? Is that ethical? Why so forceful? Why so condescending towards all my previous doctors? Why so inconsiderate to my actual feelings and well being? Not a very intelligent doctor nor caring. and clearly not a person to trust. I can't name this doctor so I guess this review will reflect poorly on all his fellow doctors in the same medical centre. He's a liar

Had the worst customer service at this chemist today ( Saturday 3rd June around 1pm) by the lady serving at the counter. She was extremely abrupt when I had no idea about an e-prescription. She snapped at me in an unfriendly tone and a stern face to “ scan it”. I held it up to the scanner after looking around trying to figure out where said scanner was. She snapped again” you have to click on it first. Oh, I followed instruction when she heard the bell chime at the front counter. Without excusing herself she muttered under her breath and rolled her eyes and stomped off to the front counter. Leaving me wondering if my script was being processed or not. On the upside the chemist himself was lovely and extremely efficient.
