Absolutely useless. Even after explaining why I can't use generic medication the pharmacist still tried to give me generic. Then he tells me he will reverse the prescription only yo send it for the generic brand and not the one I was initially prescribed and then tried to disrespect me after I said this was a pain in the arse. Never again.

I am of the opinion Ahmed is the most helpful and knowledgeable pharmacist in cairns. The whole store is great, i have been coming here for over a decade and havent ever had a bad experience.

Very disorganised, very poor communication between staff. Failed more than once to deliver prescribed drugs and products. Very stressful to deal with this farmacy. Called several times and no one picks up the phone. And been overcharged more than once. Very disappointing.

Regrettably, this Cairns pharmacy falls short in friendliness and service quality. It's imperative to acknowledge that superior alternatives in the vicinity consistently outshine this establishment, emphasizing the evident inadequacies in its overall performance.

Pharmacist/manager is the rudest person I've ever come across. First he tried to charge me twice for something we'd already paid for. We left script for a compound to be made up which would take a couple of days but when I bucked up about the cost he got nasty and refused to make the compound and said he wouldn't give us back the script. On arriving home hubby rang the pharmacy. The pharmacist was rude, and kept hanging up on my husband. Disgraceful.
