Shout out to the lady that let us know that they were closing shortly. Then offered to help the process of finding the item we needed only to further say after offering to help ‘maybe you didn’t hear me the first time’… We understood you were closing but finding the item and heading for the checkout was the plan. As you were standing there telling us your friend used the item herself… Respect and simply being nice is the way to go. I’m a regular customer and this was poor customer service. Do better. Or hire better people!

Worst customer service I have had. I asked 3 different staff for help and no one even gave me the time of day. Instead they just continued telling stories to each other. If you go there better know where what you are after is.

Overpriced and great at taking advantage of your problems. I have chronic insomnia and got prescribed Zolpidem, the off-brand was cheaper at around $12 and worked relatively well for a time-being. Then when that medicine stopped working I got prescribed a stronger and branded version of it called Stilnox which my doctor said "wouldn't be much more expensive", he lied, it was $26 which I only found out at checkout and it only worked for two nights. I may as well have burnt that money in a dumpster fire. The worst part is that there's no money-back-guarantees on medicine because screw the customer I guess.

Poor customer service at script counter .Interrogated then refused an over the counter sleep aide recommended by my doctor , readily available at the next chemist up the road, no questions asked .Best not to judge people by appearances , and train your staff in hidden disabilities .It is not o.k to be interrogated by a teenager at a public counter , and front of house should have more emotional intelligence and medical training . Will not be returning . Like I said as I left "Outrageous "
