Never check app orders of medication and given terrible excuses by staff for it. Often get incorrect medication also by one particular chemist, ive been without medication again! because of this store. If i was able to always travel to another chemist i would but no choice sometimes. This chemist plays eoth peoples medication and lives. 0/5

Always long waiting times, pharmacy doesn't seem to have capacity to serve the whole Gordi community. It happened 5 times that I rang and asked to have e script ready, it was never ready when I would come to pick up. If I can, I m trying to avoid this pharmacy.

Well, I needed to have 7 or 8 scripts filled urgently this week.I chose to use this pharmacy because i happened to be in Gordonvale, and I had visited once or twice before. As it turned out, when I had gotten into my car from after fueling up that day, I seemed to have twisted my knee, and when i arrived at the store, I was unable to easily exit the vehicle. In desperation, I phoned the pharmacy, explained my situation, and a wonderful lady named Diane came to my rescue......came out to my car, took my scripts and keycard, and returned quickly with my scripts filled and everything in order.Embarrassed as I was, I appreciated the excellent service in doing that for me. It really helped me out, so I have to thank Diane for her wonderful help, and brilliant attitude.....So, 5 stars from me....beyond the call of duty !!!!

Friendly staff and the pharmacist went out of there way to help me. I go to here regularly and sure the prices are a bit higher due to being a less volumes sales chemist. I can not recommend these guys enough. Rob & Dennis are fantastic. I go here for my scripts twice a week no complaints, I just come to see Saturday’s trading hours and seen all the bad reviews. So I had something positive to say.

Buying with prescriptions and was given 5-10mins wait but waited around 30mins instead. Although, can’t fault the staff they are all friendly
