This used to be my go to chemist because previously each staff member I had contact with was always so lovely and polite, but after the way I was treated today I assure you I won't ever go back. I am a single mother with little support to a 2.5yr old, I've developed chronic insomnia due to many wakes each night since birth, as a result my doctor prescribes me a sleeping tablet to cancel any anxious thoughts and help me feel a little more tired for bed and that's all it does! And no it's not valium as I react negatively to it. Wouldn't have thought this if you were treated how I was today though. I was treated like a drug addict, like a junkie, I was literally looked down upon as though I was beneath the pharmacist and worthless. I was questioned that I'm so early like I had committed a crime, like I was abusing looking for my next fix, all because I was a week early for my script. I have NEVER had this issue before when being roughly a week early - the last 1 - 1.5 sheet, it's not easy as a single mother with a busy schedule and finding time to fit everything in the best way possible so this is how I have always done it prior, except this time I was treated horribly. There is saying "no I cannot fulfill script" and there is being so inhumane like talking like a malfunctioning robot without a heart, the words you use, the way you say something and the way you look at someone makes a huge impact, in this case for bad. I'll never be back and will make sure to caution anyone else from going here too. The world would be better if more people run on compassion rather than being cold-hearted. If you value customer service, seek another pharmacy elsewhere I suggest to any and to all.

Today I went in for a script, 9am sharp, the new pharmacist from the gold coast was a great help, very professional. 2 woman were also starting their shift, they both carried fresh caring helpful manners in there start of shift and I left the chemist in a positive state to start my day. Beautiful energies ladies. Great to see in a work environment.

Ridiculous service, went to purchase some pseudo cold and flu tablets, lady asked me my symptoms, I said cough, blocked sinuses, runny nose, headach before I could say anything else she refused to give them to me because I have a cough, they are the only thing that seems to work for me. She needs to learn her cold and flu symptoms, Completely unprofessional.
