Absolutely horrible shocking service that I received from the pharmacist on the 19th January 2023. Coming from someone that was already having a horrible day which led me in telling him to just cancel all my scripts and to forget it as I was having anxiety trying to fight back my own tears. I & my support worker that was with me at the time will be making a offical complaint against him over the next few days. I would like to point out that the girls that were on shift that night were absolutely lovely and polite. I’m absolutely appalled and disgusted by his service and I was told that it was also his first day, well good luck to him as he won’t ever get far with that attitude.

Great service. Had flu shot. Walk in was not a problem. Very capable student (well supervised) administered shot and did great job.

Fail, hopeless! I dropped our scripts and told they would be 20 mins. Around 30 we returned, we were told it would be done next and take 20 mins, 20 mins later, again told would be done next and take around 20 mins, the third time I requested by script back as it was just sitting there, not being done. 3 male staff stood behind the counter, doing nothing, looking lost, 2-3 female staff seemed not to know what to do. There were lots of customers arriving, without staff serving them, informing, or assisting. About an hour after the script was dropped I asked for my script and left. An older lady had been given the wrong medication the day previously, because she had opened the pack, could not receive a refund. This is concerning and could be fatal! The lady had to pay full price because the chemist couldn't process her concession. It was weird! Twilight zone stuff!

Just dropped by with my wife to enquire about a small rash on her arm. Chemist wouldn't even take a look herself and through another non medical staff member, suggested she take an anti-histamine, and if that didn't work see a doctor. While that's sensible advice, better communication and just a little bit of interest (30 seconds) from the chemist herself would have been much appreciated. Wasn't busy at the time either.
