We went to your pharmacy at Barr Street and bought the H/Blooms Oral Fresh. I picked up 2 boxes of H/Blooms Oral Fresh as the price next to it was $9 something as there wasn't price on this item on the shelf except the item next to it. When my husband paid what we bought we find out the price was $23.95.I changed my mind while in the counter not to purchase the item as somewhere else where I bought its only $16.95. The cashier said, we could not return the item once we purchased, but we were still at the store, we have not yet left. If we took home the items maybe ok not to return, but we were still in store. This is ridiculous, can't return while still in store. I want to hear a response from the Manager of this store please.

This is a huge store with everything to keep you naturally healthy as well as all the typical chemist lines. The pharmacist is kind and compassionate and the other staff are quick to help if you need it. You can also buy wonderful and unusual gifts here. It’s a great place to shop.

Sadly after many years of the pharmacy being in charge of all my scripts, I sadly will be finding another pharmacy to hopefully take care of all my health needs! The staff are wonderful on the floor and behind the counters! 🙌

Unfortunately, one of your male pharmacist was quite rude and condescending when I went to pick up some medications on behalf of one of my family members as they were quite unwell and could not come in directly. His attitude, body language, and communication was quite poor. Not sure if he was having a bad day but treat people with respect and be professional please so that you can retain your customers. I can see that other customers have had the same issue from previous reviews and talking between friends and family who have gone to your pharmacy, so I'm not the only one whose had a bad experience with this individual. I'd rather go to another pharmacy from now on. Maybe, he should study and read about the Code of Conduct on AHPRA.

What a fantastic place .Everyone is helpful , smiley and knows their stuff .The young man in the vitamin / herbal section is great , and a special thanks to the Pharmacist yesterday who helped me with the over counter sleep aide .
